A Memorandum of Understanding signing ceremony between Peking University People’s Hospital (PKUPH) and the Kazakhstan National Emergency Medical Coordination Center took place at PKUPH. The two institutions will collaborate comprehensively across areas such as technical exchange, talent development, scientific research cooperation, and resource sharing.

This partnership will fully utilize the technical expertise of PKUPH, as China’s National Trauma Medical Center, while actively supporting the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). By combining their strengths and sharing resources, the collaboration aims to enhance regional emergency medical rescue capabilities and contribute to the "global community of health for all."
