On May 23, 2016, Prof. Allan I. Pack, Assistant Dean and Director of Global Sleep Medicine Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, visited PKUPH. Dr. Samuel Kuna, Chief of the Sleep Medicine Section, Philadelphia Veterans Affairs Medical Center, and Dr. Jiang Tao, Executive Advisor of PKU-Penn Center of Excellence in Sleep Medicine joined the delegation in the hope of promoting the collaborations between the University of Pennsylvania and PKUPH. Prof. Jiang Baoguo, President of PKUPH, and Prof. Wang Tianbing, Assistant President of PKUPH met with them in the No. 1 conference room of PKUPH. President Jiang Baoguo extended a warm welcome to the delegation on behalf of PKUPH, hoping that the two sides would enhance mutual understanding and strengthen exchanges. The meeting was hosted by Prof. Han Fang, Director of the Sleep Medicine Center, Peking University Health Science Center. Relevant staff from the International Affairs office and medical departments attended the event.
