Program Overview

Strengthen your clinical expertise in chronic airway diseases through a 15-day intensive program combining Western medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). This unique training offers an integrated approach to COPD, asthma, and bronchiectasis—highlighting China’s advanced TCM practices in respiratory care.

 


TCM-Focused Training Highlights

  • Systematic TCM foundations: syndrome differentiation, diagnostic principles, disease pattern recognition
  • Clinical application of TCM therapies: classical herbal prescriptions, Chinese patent medicines, customized decoctions
  • Hands-on therapeutic demonstrations: acupuncture, moxibustion, tuina, cupping, ear acupoint techniques
  • Hospital-based TCM observation: real-world integration of TCM and Western medicine in respiratory clinics
  • TCM in chronic disease management: evidence-based combined treatment strategies for COPD, asthma, and bronchiectasis

Fees:

  • The training fee will be waived for participants
  • Lunch will be provided on all training days
  • Participants will be responsible for your own travel, accommodations and any other expenses related to your participation in this program (the organizing host can assist with visa application procedures)

Accommodation and Transportation:

  • Accommodation and transportation expenses are the responsibility of the participants.
  • Participants are recommended to stay at Beijing Debao Hotel (http://www.debaohotel.com), which is a four-star hotel located on Xizhimenwai Avenue, Xicheng district.
